As the name suggests, Eat Fit is a blog that focuses on matters health and fitness. health majorly entails what we take into or apply to our bodies while fitness entails what we to do our bodies regarding the situation in which it is in. 
 
The genesis of Eat Fit is as a result of the trends in the current society. now than ever before, many people have become more cautious about what they eat.
 
Many people want to achieve a particular goal in life as far as their body is concerned. Some want to gain weight while others want to lose their weight. some want to reduce the size of their bellies while others want to develop muscles and abs. 
 
 
To help people achieve this and other goals in their lives, Eat Fit provides guidance and tips on how they can do such activities right and at the same time living a healthy life. Eat fit is strongly against the use of shortcut methods to achieve results as it is not healthy.
 
For that reason, we provide tips and exercises that can help you shape the area of the body that you want to tone and at the same time provide the right diet for you.
