10 best meals that will suit for your breakfast. From African culture,a meal is a meal. What do I mean? I can take Ugali, chapati, big pieces of sweet potatoes, rice and so on, but going deeply we may not have considered health keenly since we mostly consider the quantity and wanting to know if the food will satisfy you. So what is best meal suited for breakfast?

Avocado toast with egg.



It’s simple to make. Avocado is loaded with healthy fats, fiber and potassium which are important for blood pressure.


Egg breakfast muffins with some Kachumbari.




An egg is enough to provide all sorts of nutrients. Protein is involved in the building blocks of human body and so on.


Peanut butter and banana smoothie.

burns fat. Banana can control your pressure. Therefore, it’s the perfect combination.

Coffee


Did you know that coffee can help you burn fat? Then it’s real, include this in your breakfast if you want to lose some fat. Also rich in antioxidants, which reduce inflammation, decrease diabetes and liver diseases.

It contains caffeine which improves alertness and mood, and improves metabolic rate, hence giving our bodies enough energy to perform its functions.

Which includes Whey, eggs, soy and pea protein? Protein lowers blood sugar levels can also preserve muscle mass during weight loss and aging. You can add cheer seeds, coconut flour, greens, cucumber and many others to add fiber.


Fruit
