CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS

Cauliflower fritters can be eaten as a snack or quick lunch. They are quick and fun to make. They can also be served during parties and everyone will be asking for the recipe. Cauliflower helps balance hormones and also helps reduce cancer risk. They help in digestion and detoxification. They also aid in weight loss and preserve eye health.


Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower

1/2 cup wheat flour

2 large eggs

3 cloves of garlic

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the cauliflower and cook it for three to five minutes until tender. Cut it into very small pieces using a sharp knife.

Transfer the cauliflower into a large mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients apart from the vegetable oil. Mix well until they are well combined.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with vegetable oil. Scoop 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture to the pan and fry them for about two minutes per side.

Serve the fritters warm with yogurt.


Cauliflower is loaded with vitamins. 1 cup contains about 75% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin C.
