Most people experience a busy life and get stuck in a rut of eating foods that may be a quick solution to their hunger but does not have the healthy nutrition that our bodies need. Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of body fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these body fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, the creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. It is advisable to drink up to 12 glasses of water a day.

Allergy elimination


When we sneeze, itch, or experience an unwanted allergy reaction or stress symptom, we want to get rid of it immediately. Many times we cover the symptom with anti-histamine or another remedy.
