BROCCOLI BITES

Broccoli bites are a fun and healthy way of enjoying your broccoli. Many people especially kids do not like these vegetables. They can be eaten as a side dish or as a snack any time of the day. They are so tasty and are great for parties. You can also prepare them with your kids. This will make them excited and will be eager to eat up as many broccoli bites as they can.

Research shows that broccoli is extremely suitable for preventing breast and uterus cancer. It is rich in vitamin C making it great or immunity. It contains high level of vitamin K and calcium which are important for bone health. It is high in fiber which aids in digestion, prevents constipation, maintains low blood sugar, and curbs overeating.


Broccoli is rich in vitamin K which is an important ingredient for reducing inflammation and building bone density.

Ingredients

2 cups roughly chopped an steamed broccoli

1 cup dried breadcrumbs

2 eggs

3/4 shredded cheese

2 cloves garlic

3/4 tsp salt

Black pepper

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Line the oven with baking paper

Put all the ingridients in a large bowl. Mix well untill they are well combined.

With your hands form small patties and lay them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes turning the patties at 15 minutes.
