RED MEAT

Red meat is also rich in iron. It will help replace the iron lost during menstruation. If you don’t have enough iron in your blood and at the same time you are losing some, you are at a high risk of getting anemia. However, if you are a vegetarian, you can take supplements to replace the lost irons.
