Craving for something sweet and different in the morning? Try sweet potato toast. It is healthy and very fast to make and will also guarantee that you have a breakfast that you will never forget. Sweet potatoes are high in vitamin A
, B5 and B6. It is helpful for your heart as it lowers blood pressure. Sweet potatoes are a good source of dietary fiber that helps the body maintain a healthy digestive tract and regulates digestion.
They also contain magnesium, the go-to mineral for distressing. It ensures that you begin your day relaxed, calm and in a good mood.

Ingredients
2 bananas
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 large sweet potato
Instructions
Slice the potato length ways into slices and pop them into the toaster. Let it toast for 12 to 15 minutes until it starts to brown.
Put the sweet potatoes on a plate. Spread over the peanut butter then then place banana slices as toppings.
Sweet potatoes are a good source of fiber when eaten with the skin on.
