By glazing the carrots, it makes it attractive especially for kids who do not like eating vegetables. Carrots reduce cholesterol, lower the risk of heart attacks, improve vision and reduce signs of premature aging. Furthermore, carrots have the ability to improve the skin, boost the immune system, improve digestion, detoxify the body and boost oral health.
