Don't let the holidays make you lose focus on working out. Make time for family, fun, friends and fitness.
Prioritize your time
Since it is a time for socializing and relaxing, you will have to go slow. The best time to work out is 'you time’. Carve out enough time to hit the gym 3-5 days a week to maintain your fitness and overall mental health.

Pick your indulges wisely
Avoid too much fat and added sugar. Don’t blow your diet on a cookie that comes from a box purchased from a supermarket. But your grandma's top secret cookie recipe that only comes out once a year is worth the indulgence.
Assess your goals regularly
Keep current with your goals. Check in with yourself often and ask why you want to reach certain goals. Doing so will keep you striving onward.
