SCOTCH EGGS.

Eggs are a fun and healthy way to start your day. Here is a much fun way to cook your eggs and make them delicious for your whole family. Eggs are considered to be one of the best sources of vitamins available. They help keep muscles working well. They contain vitamins and minerals that are needed for the regular functioning of cells including the brain, nervous system, memory and metabolism.



Ingredients

Vegetable oil (for frying)

4 eggs

3 sausages (casing removed.)

4 cups dried breadcrumbs

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 beaten eggs.

Seasoning.



Instructions

Boil the eggs for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove them from the hot water, cool them and peel.

Flatten the sausage and mix with seasoning. Take a good chunk of sausage meat and pat it out evenly to cover the egg.

Flour the sausage and coat with beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs to cover evenly.

Repeat the same process with the remaining eggs.

Pour the oil into a deep frying pan then boil until hot.

Deep fry until golden brown. Make sure all sides are well cooked.

Cut it into two then serve.
